🔹 B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
- Qualifying Exam: 12th (Physics and Mathematics Compulsory)
- Optional Subjects: Chemistry, Drawing, Computer Science, etc.
- Minimum Marks: 50% overall
- Entry Mode: NATA Score Card Mandatory
🔹 BHMCT / BFAD / BFA / B.Des
- Qualification: 12th passed with any subject
- Minimum Marks: General – 45%, SC/ST – 40%
- This course opens up career prospects in creative fields and students with general streams can also get admission to it.
Eligibility for PG Courses: MBA and MCA
🟠MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- Eligibility: Three-year bachelor’s degree (in any subject)

Eligibility for NRI, FN, PIO and Private Management Quota
These categories are for students who want to continue their studies in India after studying abroad or want direct admission to private institutions.
- NRI Quota: 12th with PCM subjects (from foreign board), SAT-II score and NRI certificate required
- FN/PIO/CIWGC: 12th with PCM subjects, must be recognized by AIU. Passport/Nationality Proof Required
- Management Quota: 12th with 50% (General) and 45% (SC/ST) marks with PCM
